Overview of Program
The Kids FIRST Early Intervention Program is an educational program that provides early intervention and educational services for children ages three to five years who have a variety of special needs.

How inclusion works in our program
We deliver special education and related services in the environment selected by the family.

  • Speech and Language Circle Time
    An example of circle time lesson plans. A blank form and sample form are included. This form is a pdf, see below.
  • Data Sheet
    This specific data form is used for home visits or sites with one student. This form is to be used over several visits. This form is a pdf, see below.
  • Documentation Report
    This form is filled out for each visit to let the parents have feedback as to how their children are doing and more specifically what they are doing. Parents are very good for documentation, especially when children are absent or not at a home visit. This form is a pdf, see below.
  • Evaluation Reminder
    This form is used after a screening as a reminder for parents and those to be involved in the evaluation. This form is a pdf, see below.
  • Daily Schedule
    The daily schedule includes a child's goals and objectives into their daily schedule. A blank form and sample form are included. This form is a pdf, see below.
  • Meet the staff
    We participated in and sponsored a variety of inservice opportunities for our staff. We visited a variety of community programs to plan for how we could best work together.
