The Division for Early Childhood of the Council for Exceptional Children

The Division for Early Childhood (DEC) of the Council for Exceptional
Children (CEC) is dedicated to promoting policies and practices that support
families and enhance the optimal development of children. The DEC homepage
includes an index for The Journal of Early Intervention and Young Exceptional
Children. It also includes information on publications, position statements,
and conference information.
Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development

ASCD provides excellent learning research and resources. The ASCD
homepage provides information on publications, conferences and workshops
and includes a forum for questions and answers.
National Early Childhood Technical Assistance System (NEC*TAS)

A national technical assistance effort that supports programs for
young children with disabilities and their families under the Individuals
with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). NECTAS also provides services
to selected model early childhood projects funded by the Office of Special
Education Programs (OSEP) of the U.S. Department of Education, to the
Federal Interagency Coordinating Council (FICC), to state-level technical
assistance agencies, and to others working to improve services for young
children and their families.
